It started with a simple problem. Living in Lucknow, finding a good, authentic idli or dosa for breakfast was nearly impossible. The South Indian restaurants were few, and the ones that existed just didn't taste like home.
So we started making our own batter—first just for family and friends. A single grinder, a small kitchen, and a whole lot of passion. Word spread quickly. Neighbours started asking for it. Then their neighbours. Before we knew it, we were making batches every single day.
